SIJA 6-Month Warranty Policy

At SIJA, we offer a 6-month warranty against tarnishing on all eligible jewellery pieces from the date of invoice. If your piece fades or discolours within this period, we will re-plate it once at no cost.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to accidents, misuse, or mishandling.
  • Normal wear and tear, including surface scratches, fading, tarnishing, or plating loss over time.
  • Exposure to water, perfumes, harsh chemicals, or abrasive surfaces.
  • Loss of stones or components caused by improper care or external impact.
  • Repairs or alterations done by third parties.

To request a warranty service:

  • Share your original invoice and authenticity certificate.
  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the product issue.
  • Self-ship the product securely to the SIJA office (Return shipping to SIJA may be borne by the customer; we will cover shipping back to you after repair) and share courier details with us.

Please note:

  • SIJA reserves the right to decline warranty claims if fading is minimal or damage is clearly due to external force or improper use. All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to purchases made directly from SIJA or its authorized platforms.
